William Tang

will give a presentation on
the history of bookmaking in China.

Mr. Tang is an author, historian, cultural consultant/linguist (Chinese and Spanish), and research analyst. His latest book, “Tales of the Dragon — The Book of Lore,” is an anthology of Chinese legends, fables, and historical anecdotes.

Future meeting

Sunday, February 19

Rob Smith Jr., author and illustrator of “Swampy's Florida,” an historical coloring book for kids, will provide a high-energy presentation by drawing caricatures while discussing his experiences as an illustrator, author and editorial cartoonist.

The meeting starts at 1:30 p.m., at the University of Tampa MacDonald-Kelce Library,
401 W. Kennedy Blvd., in Hillsborough County.
